new Arlo Q sync setup

The new Q should connect like the other Arlo cameras.  press the sync buttons on the base and the Q and they sync.  The problem is when I setup the base station 9 months ago (?) i didn't write down the password.  I upgarded my plan so I could add cameras and the regular cameras are connected and working but my Q is not because of the "different method" of connection.  The idea would be to stay consistant with the easy setup Arlo has already accomplished.

The Arlo Q connects to your router, not the Arlo base station. The password needed by the Arlo Q is your router SSID and password. Are you having trouble getting the Arlo Q to connect to your router?
