Yes. Please make a Windows 10 phone app. The web portal is not supported for live viewing since it requires flash and it is not supported in Windows 10 Phone. Or change the web portal to HTML instead of flash.

If you won't give us an app, at least stop redirecting us to the apps store. If we could only use the desktop version it would be something.

Also, reading some of the replies from your techies,  there is no version of Firefox for the Windows phone and no Chrome either. I tried installing UC browser which is supposed to have a desktop flag, but your web site ignores it.

We need a solution and we need it soon. I will buy my next camera from Foscam and recommend everyone else does the same  if I can't get a solution from you.

I was looking at the Arlo camera system late last year but decided against it due to lack of Windows Phone Support. I then received a starter kit as a Christmas gift. I really like how easy to setup and simple to use it is, but the lack of Windows Phone support is major detractor from an otherwise solid system. To my dismay there isn't even a "degraded" experience available through the Windows Phone browser, as it detects I'm on a mobile device and shoves in my face that I should be using an iOS or Android device. Looking at this history of this thread it seems that a Windows Phone app was promised over a year ago, what's happening with that?

Totally agree - need windows phone (Windows 10 universal app) support.  At least acknowledge you will support this.  Otherwise I'm looking for another vendor all up.
