Set delay on specific cameras to allow entry and disarm

I'm using Geofencing to arm/disarm my Arlo but I want to allow the nanny entering homewithout asking her to setup the APP on her phone. Same happens for my kids, I don't want to buy them a phone but sometimes they need to enter home by themselves. In this context, I would like to leave a tablet at the entrance, protected with password to disarm the system "manually" but I need to setup a delay (30 seconds?) on the entrance camera/motion sensor before triggering the alarm. Ideas to do it?

I would be great to have the following.. the following functionality

A delayed arming feature, so it gives me time to hope in the car and get out of range for the cameras. At the moment I have to do this via the phone once a bit down the road. Not safe while driving, and illegal in some places

Then a GPS or detection method to disarm it when I get back in range of the cameras so not to trigger an event and notification.

I know it has geofencing, but this doesn't work reliably enough. Especially with 4 or more people in the hose.
