General web/app improvements

Just a couple of things to improve arlo management apps in general

1) I'd like to plus one the capability to copy a mode.

2) Snap shots for cam positioning would be handy in low bandwidth situations.

3) The android app has options to configure storage on the Ultra base station but the web interface does not. Perhaps it should.

But wait there's more!

4) I was going to add that you can't turn off smart notifications and just have dumb notifications like arlo pros but then I found that you could inactivate cameras under "Manage Arlo Smart" which was perfect but then I found out that disables notifications all together... sigh. It STILL detects movement and captures and uploads video but doesn't send an alert/notification. Bug? Why? Well I like the smart notifications* but they seem to have a significant delay where as the dumb notifications/alerts on the pros were almost instant. In some situations, I want instant.

* They're great for excluding animals in places where you expect animals but on the other hand it detects my big brown dog as a human a lot.

..aaand another one: on the android app you can turn "Local 4K Live Streaming" on and off but there's no such switch under the web app.
