Push recordings from Arlo Q Plus SD card to cloud when internet is restored

I did not realize that recordings made to the SD card durring an internet outage would not be pushed to the cloud when the wi-fi signal or internet connection was restored.  Certainly not ideal when the camera is in a difficult location to reach, remove the card and then transfer to a pc for viewing.  Would like to see this implemented if able.
