Lose Create Activity Zone Splat On The Screen

I would like to not see the splat on the screen about creating Activity zones if I opt to not use them.  Why reduce view?  Let me have an option to remove/exit.

Totally agree. I click "not now" but it pops up again. System has become sluggish and downright unavailable since this screen appeared.
