IFTTT Speaker Method

It would be nice to have a new IFTTT ARLO option to trigger the speaker based on some other actions.  Specifically, I'd like to be able to trigger a recorded announcement when a person enters a specific zone. 

This might be done either with out without IFTTT - so the real ask is an option to trigger a recording and not just the siren.
