Design Arlo Q for Outdoor use

I'm holding at one camera until a outside weather-proof, wired, POE camera with the features of Q-plus becomes availible. An enclosure that it could be placed in with only its lens exposed to weather and able to be adjusted to aim would be great. 

 

Great product so far but doesn't meet my need to justify more.
