Learn Recurring Motion
I'd like to see the software become a little more savy when it comes to motion detection. Who wouldn't? This has got to be one of the top user concerns.
Specifically, I'd like to see the camera learn recurring motion and filter it out. Example: let's say someone has a swing tied to a tree in the back yard and the wind is always putting it in motion. The camera could learn this motion overtime and filter it out after an automated alert email for the user to ok or not. The alert email could show a snapshot with a polygon drawn over the area with learned motion to filter from future alerts. That doesn't mean different motion in this area gets filtered out; i.e. kid walks up to swing.
See attached picture, the yellow polygon would be the area with learned recurring motion; leaves in tree motion and swing in motion.
