Arlo Pro blinks orange when motion detected. Use same behavior in armed mode.

In the "Motion Detection Test" the LED on the Arlo Pro camera blinks orange, to indicate it has detected motion. This same behavior could happen when the camera is in normal armed motion-detection mode (not just test-mode), so that people seen by the camera can KNOW that they've been seen -- as a deterent. This could be implemented as a setting / option for each camera, so owners can choose whether or not to use this feature.
