Include the ability to completely disable particular cameras within a mode definition, so that non-admin users cannot live-stream disabled cameras.

Use case: I have some cameras outdoors and some indoors. Non-admin access is shared with other members of the household. I would like to define a mode to use when I'm at home (let's call it Privacy Mode), where the outdoor cameras remain active and viewable by everyone but the indoor cameras are disabled for privacy reasons.
