Why do we have to select the Base Station every time we have to change Mode?

Most of your users will only have one Base Station.  Why do we have to select the Base Station every time we have to change Mode?  If there is only one Base Station then skip this step.  Make your interface more efficient.

We change modes every time we leave and return to the house to switch indoor cameras on/off.  I am guessing this is the case for many of your users.  Changing modes should be easy.  It should be a simple one touch widget.  If you can't do a widget you can at least make your application interface more efficient.

Again are you listening Netgear ?  Most people have just one base station.  Why do I need a step to select a base station if I have only 1 ? Skip this step for users with one base station.  Make the user interface simple.  It's already a very tedious process to change modes.

Any update ?  This is a simple change to autoselect the base station if there is only one.  You already make the process of changing mode too cumbersome.  This is a simple fix.
