When arlo base station cannot connect to internet keep polling every couple of minutes

This should be a pretty easy change and will improve significantly the product. In cases where there is a power outage or if for some reason your internet connection drops.

Arlo base station should be polling looking for internet and establish the internet connection. I don't know why arlo assumes that the internet will never fail or that there will never be a poweroutage but it should not assume this. 

This should be pretty easy to code and should be a priority for netgear because this is a bug that can be easily fixed. Arlo is a security system so it should be really robust.
