Process Suggestions

  • Announce bugs and service interruptions in the Announcements section of this forum.  RIght now it just seems to includes resolutions.
  • Provide ETAs when there is a critical bug or service interruption (like the present zone creation error)

 

This would lower unnecessary customer support calls. It would make it look like you are concerned for your customer base. It would cut down on all the whining and complaining on the community forum.  Announcing problems after the fact is too little, too late.

would be nice if they would inform people ahead of time or at the very least when this happens that is why they call it service
