Notification only on specific length of video

One thing I would love to see is a feature, either built into the Arlo app or within IFTTT, where you can setup notifications/alerts based on the length of video recording. This would be great for front door or high traffic areas that constantly detects "quick" motion. For example, if motion is detected and recording is longer than 20 seconds, send a notification. This can help with getting constant notfications on your mobile device, which can get annoying at times and also drain your phone's battery.
