Notice of update installed

If an update auto-installs we need an email and/or push notice to let us know. We can then check to make sure it installed correctly and if we notice problems we didn't have before, track down to see if it's due to the update.

The Arlo development team routinely reviews posts in the Arlo Idea Exchange to assess which features the community would like to see implemented.
