The arlo 2 clearly can be used for 24 hour streaming. I use it all the time with the power cable always attached. Why not create a portable screen, tablet or monitor for the arlo pro 2.

Yea I know, I use it. Now create an arlo video monitor so the cvr plan can really be put to use.
