How to purchase Arlo Smart plan?

Hello everybody!

I am Juan Jose, I live in Santiago, Chile (South America).I got a 4 camera Arlo Pro 2 system last year and simply loved it from the first minute. I added a fifth camera and afterwards a 3 light Arlo Lights system. I would love to keep expanding my system with more cameras, so I tried to upgrade to an Arlo Smart plan, but I after chatting with Arlo Support (great support by the way!) I found out that there are currently no other options than the basic plan for us Chilean costumers (progressive growing in number as a couple of local resellers offer Arlo products since late this year). 
It would be great to get the Smart Plans available here!
