Elder Support

I love my Arlo Security Cam but I am "OLD"  and would really like to be able to connect to a support person who can help me when I have problems. Right now I am a "case number" with no one to talk to. Due to an elder abuse situation I need my cameras to be mine not the abusers. Believe me I have been trying to have this resolved for days now.

May I ask what the issue is with your system? If it is your Arlo System & in your home, you may perform a factory reset & register a new email to the account.

Hi Shane,

I think that I was able to reset my password and email info. but I probably need to perform a factory reset. The abuser had access to all my passwords, Arlo is not the only one. It has been a real struggle for me as they registered themselves as owners of many of my accounts and changed the passwords/user names on others.

I was ill for a year and they took full advantage of me.
