Better way to send email alerts of camera activity and a better way to enable suggestions

I have 2 suggestions.

1.  It is not very helpful to be told in email alerts that  "Arlo has detected motion on one of your security cameras" It would be MUCH better & SHORTER for you to say "Arlo detects motion on camera 2". You should make that the default or let customers compose their own.

2. Arlo needs to make it MUCH easier to make suggestions! I had to call tech support to be guided through your maze before I finally found this place to post.

I agree with Jim - alert saying something direct "camera "blank" detected motion at 12:42pm"

blank is whatever that camera is named 

also i would prefer to have alerts sent to me via text than email also - will get lost in junk mail
