Battery heater /more insulation

These cameras are great but are limited in cold areas I have 6 cameras and all have solar panels on them because I live in a different state I have to wait for the sun to beat down on them in winter for the batteries to charge from the solar when the batteries get cold they will not charge and the !!!!! Appears on the camera Needs some kind of flat coil type of heater in the form of a sticker on the battery
