Arlo App Notifcations should take you to the recording of that notification - not live stream

Netgear recently changed the way Arlo notifications on smart phones behave.  Previously, when you received a notification and you clicked on that notification, you were taken to the library/specific video for which that notifcation was generated.  Now, Netgear thinks when they notify you of an even you should be taken to the live stream of that camera.

This is in error.  This is another example of the Netgear development and user interface teams having little to no understanding about UI design.  Why notify of an event and not direct actions OF that event TO that event?
