Any mode setting that is instituted should override any manual "off" mode to turn "on" camera

It's understood that the Arlo system allows a manual setting for the cameras to be turned "off" but when doing so the cameras must the be reset to be turned "on" in order for any mode settings to work.  Suggestion:  Any mode setting that is instituted should override any manual "off" setting of the cameras to turn the specific cameras in that mode setting to "on".
