Another option for "select an action for the chime to perform when camera detects motion"

For the Arlo Chime we are offered the following choices, when used with an Arlo camera.

Select an action for the chime to perform when the camera detects motion:

• Do nothing
• Sound the siren
• Simulate home presence
• Play a melody

I would suggest we need another option:-

A recorded authoritative voice to say:-

‘ All your actions are now being video recorded ‘.

OR

‘ This property is fitted with Arlo video recorders ‘.

OR

‘ Your every action is now recorded ‘.

These are some choices, but I think everyone will understand the general idea.

If having this option is debatable, then equip the Alarm / Chime with a small USB connector and the customer can add whatever announcement they wish to make.

NOTE that almost all Android phones now have the option to change announcement sounds from a vast selection, plus the option to add your own sound(s).  It is time for Arlo to move forwards on this one.

Yes, it would be nice to know when the motion is first detected if the taping lasts to the max it could be 5 or more minutes before you know it happened,

Can always review the tape afterwards, quick notification is key, faster the better.
