Allow zoom in web browser playback to happen while paused

Zooming while viewing library clips, is only functional while playback is occurring, not while paused (both in Firefox and Chrome, current macOS Sierra.)

This is generally a big PITA if you're trying to zoom in on something like a license plate on an object which is moving location during playback.

Please allow zoom to work on a paused image.

Netgear never responds; at best you'll get @JamesC saying that engineering is aware of an issue and he'll post future updates (which never come.)

It's a horrible company with an inexplicably popular product.

This is a must need feature. Zoom in on pause would really help the usefullness of using Arlo to capture faces, plates etc. withoput going to a third party app
