Allow video file name templates in Settings

I'm well aware that this isn't the first time someone has made a similar comment but I wanted to reintroduce the option of file naming configuration in our global or individual settings.

I'm familiar with the Unix naming scheme and spend way too much time decoding and renaming the original file name into something more useful.  For me I use Camera_Name_YYMMDD_24HourTime.  So today at 1PM EST would be: FrontYard_190126_1300.  I use this template because files will always be easy to sort in chornological or reverse chronoligical order simply by the file name.  I'm sure there are half a dozen or more commonly use timing templates you could allow users to select.  That would be a big help for those of us who go back and need to search footage based on time/date. 

Others have also suggested allowing a video burn of date/time/temp.  As long a that was a feature that could be enabled and disabled per camera, I'd be in favor of that too.

I love the Arlo Pro 2.  It's a great product.  Thanks for considering this suggestion.
