Add option to trigger a snapshot through IFTTT

There are a few trigger options within IFTTT as well as scheduling options within the arlo app for recording video but sometimes a regular snapshot is preferable, an hourly/daily update that something is ok or to see progress (flowers/plants growing). 

Could this option be added 

in addition an email of the snapshot would be ideal but not essential.

would it also be possible to incorporate support for cloud sharing of video and photos so that they could be saved to google drive/Dropbox/box etc

That would be a very usefull feature !

It would allow IFTTT to send a notification with a snapshot when a motion is detected at my front door.

Yes, this is something I am missing as well, just create regular snapshots would be helpful to look back at.
