120V Plug covers up 2 other receptacles on back of UPS
The power plug for the Arlo base station needs to be re-designed so that it does not cover up other receptacle outlets on the back of UPS systems. The prongs should be turned so that the low voltage transformer part comes out horizonally rather than vertically. I have other devices plugged in to the back of my UPS that do not cover up the other receptacle outlets so that each receptacle outlet can be utilized as it was meant to be. Seems strange your techs would not have thought of this at the onset. It will not take much of a re-design to the 120v plug for the base station. Since one would lose the system with a power outage, I would assume that a majority of the folks have gotten a small UPS just for that purpose and/or also their computer system. Just thought I would Post this in an effort to make your system more in tune as other manufacturers have done this.
