Reduce latency on Arlo Q with WIFI First Mode

I have several Arlo Q cameras setup in my house and really like all the features. The one item that frustrates me is the 7-10 second latency. I realized that comes from the signal going via internet to Arlo servers and then coming back. It would be really great if existing Arlo Q cameras were upgraded with the same firmware / approach that allows the new Arlo Baby cam to use a WIFI first type approach. I don't even mind if an internet connection is required; e.g. I would be OK with the camera not working at all when the internet is down, but when the internet is up it should at least send the signal direct over WIFI/LAN first then to internet second; or send a dual stream of data..

A huge latency (more than 5 seconds)!! NO way (permission) for direct connection using the local network!! No clear intention to inform customers!! This is unbelievable and at the same time unacceptable!

PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN YOU WILL UPDATE THE  FIRMWARE TO FIX THIS ISSUE.
