push notification delay logic

With cameras set up to point at the main entrance to my house, it's not uncommon to get a string of alerts pushed to my phone, all within seconds of each other. I'd love to see some logic built into the alerting system that says something like, "do not push another alert for [x] minutes after the initial alert."
