multiple detections before alert

My Arlo Q gives a motion alert every time my lamp (on a timer) turns on or off. Same things when the phone rings. That's a lot of false alarms. I'd like to be able to set a rule that it takes 2 or 3 detections within say 2 minutes to trigger a notification. That way stray events don't keep popping up.

Great idea!  Avoiding some false alarms would be great.
