Windows 10 App for Computers that don't have Support for HEVC

My Windows 10 computer's graphics card (circa 2012) doesn't support H.265. Since I can't view any of my 2k recordings online, consider making an app that permits me to easily view the recorded content. Keep in mind that this is a subscription service and not being able to review recorded videos on a PC is absolutely unacceptable.
