Warmer To Keep Cameras Working In The Cold

I have owned this system for about 3 years. Unfortunately, in the winter I have get on a ladder and continuously change out three batteries. I live in Michigan so that's about 5 months of tending to my batteries. I just wish there was a better way. Maybe a warmer that could be plugged in with a splitter the same as the camera.
