Time Period to Retreive Deleted Clips

I've noticed that on a couple of ocassions when reviewing clips on a mobile device, and swiping between clips, I lost a clip permanently as if I had intentionaly deleted it. The app also causes my iPhone to crash when I review several clips one after the other. Just wondering if there could be a way to have to confirm a deletion before it just disappears with one click? and it would be great perhaps to have the ability to access recently deleted clips and retrieve them within a certain time period.  I also struggle with setting an outdoor camera to react to a person entering the view but not going off every minute of the day because of nearby branches on bushes moving in the wind. It's a situation where I can't really lower the sensitivity so low that it doesn't react to leaves but then doesn't also miss a passerby entering the field of view.
