Schedule must include SECONDS, not only hours and mintues

Feature request: For schedule mode, it is absolute necessity to include seconds in the option because scheduling by minute can lose 60 seconds of activity between schedule changes.

theft, facial recognition, or god forbid worse can be missed in that 60 seconds. which might be 3 or more occasions per schedule.  I have two modes in my schedule, but due to how it works, the midnight is a schedule change also.
