Receive notifications when cameras automatically stop charging when below freezing

Here in Uk in winter we have often temperatures around zero, so freezing!
Whenever my cameras stops charging the battery die soon and i don't even know that some of them doesn't record at all!

Would be great to get notified when cameras automatically stop charging when below freezing, so i know when to bring them in and charge !
