Password issue

An addition (of the industry standard) view icon on the login page password box.  This enables the operator to view the password that they just typed to avoid getting it wrong over and over.  The keyboards frequently have issues and misspellings this causes frustration.  Resetting the password is time consuming and a waste if the error is continuous. There is no none reason that an operator cannot view the password that they are typing when no one else is able to view it.
