Here is a screen grab showing my PC monitor. The thumbnails only take up about 1/3 of the available space. If these four camera views were optimized to take up most of the available space I could see what's going on in each camera without the need to expand that camera. It would also be nice to allow me to have 2 or 3 cameras live and again to have that view optimized.

The picture is not showing and may be too large...working on fixing.

Have you tried CTRL and + or - to change size on screen ?

That's an excellent suggestion and it's one solution but it's not optimal because it magnifies everything including the header.  The other limitation is there are fixed magnification levels. If I use 125% I can see 4 cameras but with leftover white space. When I go to 150% cameras 3 & 4 are 1/2 hidden.

It would be better if the programmers at Arlo used their skills to adjust the size of the thumbnails to maximum size for the available space.
