Notify when camera doesn't trigger for a specified amount of time

There have been a few times when I have gotten a bad set of batteries and they die before I get an alert that the batteries are low. I discover this fact when, at some point, I go look at the cameras and discover one is off-line.

I've also had cases where a camera has become disconnected from the base-station. Rare, but has happened.

It would be awesome if I could get an alert to say "Garage Camera has not triggered in XX hours" so I would know to go check it. Of course, the XX could be user definable.
