Notification set up isn't great

Need better distinction on configuring alerts between push, email and SMS should be added. Right now it's not clear that the alert action in a rule will notify you via push if the email is turned off.

You can use a 3rd party service to send SMS alerts. There's a product called Text Me Plz (https://textmeplz.com) which sends the alert image via text to any number in the US and Canada.
