Library show snapshot image for each video recorded instead of 4k symbol?

Hi:

Could the video library of the Arlo Ultra SmartHub show a snapshot image for each video file recorded instead of the white icon with the download arrow with the 4K symbol as shown? This feature was present in the Arlo Pro system but surprisingly missing here. It makes it a lot easier to navigate through the library to see which video file I want to view without having to download each individual video to find the one I want.

this feature gets requested quite a bit but arlo never acknowledge it

my suspicion is that arlo do this intentionally to force people onto their subscription plan where the thumbnails are available. 

it's a real PIA and I feel your pain.
