Fix App UI so 4 Windows can be rendered at once

The Amazon 10” Fire DX could be a wonderful tablet to be a monitor for Arlo cameras. However, the app is not able to render 4 video windows at once. 2 windows get chopped off a bit because of poor use of real estate on the top of the window. Simply reduce the white space on the top of the screen above the menu of Mode Devices and Library and it’s fixed. Then I could recommend Arlo for friends who want to put camera monitors around their house in kitchen, foyer, bedroom, etc
