Implement access to Ultra base station local storage from WebUI

As per subject, access to local storage from the web portal interface would be good.  I much prefer using a large screen with keyboard and mouse over a 5" touchscreen.

Better still would be if the base station appeared as a Windows share on the local LAN so we can map a drive letter to it and access the clips through that.
