I have replaced all my Arlo Pro 2 cameras (5 of them) with Arlo Pro 3! (Great Move). However, I have a concern that the exposed connectors on the bottom for use with a charging cable will be at risk for degradation from direct exposure to the elements. I STRONGLY SUGGEST ARLO DEVELOP A RUBBER INSERT CAP, that would provide weather sealing or protection, rather than the connectors be openly exposed as they currently are now. I do have black cameras and would prefer black caps, (and they could make white caps for white cameras). If I had a 3D printer I would make them myself, but don’t. To me it’s a no brainer to extending the life of the camera that I see to be shortened with these connections being so vulnerable as they presently exist. I am including a picture (of a while camera case to show the area I am talking about). I can’t speak for others, but I would welcome the opportunity to purchase these when available.
