CVR enhanced features

I've previously reported issues with recorded CVR footage not being insync with the actual time of the recording or the timestamp of event driven recordings.  I also recently had an issue where the CVR stopped recording footage all together (ticket 40470211)  

In addition to these issues being fixed it would be great if the CVR allowed you to use it an a manner similar to a television DVR.

• Save recorded content locally via the app for viewing later. Not just via attached USB storage device
• The ability to view footage backwards and forwards at incremental speeds.  For example 2x, 3x etc. Presently you have to sit and watch footage in actual recorded time duration.
• The ability to incrementally skip ahead or go back 30 seconds or some other user defined duration.
