Arlo Smart detects person when entering the frame while camera is recording

So lately ive noticed i havent been getting arlo person notifications for my parents.  I finally figured out why..

When my father pulls in it starts recording...by the time he gets out and goes in..its still recording, hence no person alert whatsoever.  So i get 0 notifications about it..  I like the detect person only feature but not if it can possibly not alert me to a person in time..

any way yall can work around this?  Detect person mid recording?

Currently, the person detection notification is based on the original event that triggered the recording. It sounds like an enhancement request that you are wanting for the notification. I'll move your post to the Arlo Idea Exchange board to share your request.
