Arlo Smart Plan in Bangladesh

Hi! i bought this Arlo pro 2 system from Singapore and sent it to my home country Bangladesh. And now i cant subscribe to arlo smart plan. Therefore I cant use Arlo's CVR option. I spoke to the Arlo's agent and I was told that if I really want to use this feature i need to bring it back to Singapore, install it here and send it back to Bangladesh. But do you think thats a reasonable solution? Can someone from Arlo management team help me in this regard?
