Allow the Arlo Q Wired platform to raise and lower the height of the camera

I cannot adjust the height of the standard base for the Arlo Q Wired camera. I can only tilt the camera head up and down and side to side, but the problem is the height, not the tilt.

This wired camera is great for placing in two of my windowsills, one with a view of my driveway and another with a view of the front door, but I need the camera to sit higher so it can look over my window's frame completely. There is no way to achieve this currently without drilling holes into my wall to wall-mount it, or finding a box for it to sit on.

It would be simple to allow the stand to lower and raise the camera head instead, or to allow an alternative stand to be used.

The Arlo Wireless can be mounted onto an alternative stand that sits higher. The Arlo Q wired cannot. This is an alternative that would have also been a solution to my problem
