Add a rule after And do the following ["Push Notification" and "Send email alert"] 

If recording is longer than [<User defineable> seconds]

NOTE: All recording still occur, just send me notification if the recording is longer than (for example) 8 seconds.  It will limit the number of notifications that "blow-up" my phone and mailbox. With too many notification, I get desensitive to the alerts sent by my Arlo system
