Add "Take a Snapshot" functionallity to all cameras

In addition to "do nothing" and "record video", "take a snapshot" seems like a natural addition to the abilities of all cameras. I think this is available on the Arlo Q, but why not all types of cameras? Could this even improve battery life?

My ideal functionality for this feature would be for it to take one snapshot on motion detection, or multiple snapshots at a one second intervals until motion stops.
